Poor Legolas... though...

Nice cliffy you have in the end.

I'll keep reading.

Thank you for writing.

Author's Response: Yes, he was the one that ended up paying the price. I love leaving little cliffhangers for folks to enjoy. :o) Enjoy the rest of the story. I love to write, so there will always be more!

Hmm... creative differences explode into an all-out brawl. But I'm ok with that, thanks to you and your amazing patience. You eased off again, which I will only nod my head to, because it is your style, not mine. It was a good thought, and very true how living in the past to only blame yourself is a dangerous business. I had my problems with this chapter, but that is it- problems with my own translation of the story. You can hardly be faulted for that. I like the caringness of Elrond toward Elrohir, and I'm glad that you haven't halted all of Elrohir's pranks! Last complaint, Legolas is older than the Twins(most say the Prince was born 87 Third Age, as the Twins are, by Tolkien, born in the year 130... so in any scheme of aging Legolas, he's the older [I go by the rule of him being... *cough* 7000... it's in TTT Top Trumps... and I got it when I was new in the obsession thing, so its cemented in my head *sheepish grin* yes, that means Legolas is older than Elrond!])

You have been so patient with me and my 'creative differances', I just had to review another story of yours! (I must say, I find debating an inticing and thrilling experiense... I love being right) Well. I must say, horror seems to be your stronghold! This is another winner in my book. It was smooth, mostly, and had just the right pinch of stuff to make it pliable, and lively enough to make my heart beat a little faster! (That from me is, well, a great compliment) Full speed to the next chapter! And, do know that I have read in thorough joy and concetration the full of the Silmarillion, and the Lord of the Rings, and a number of other Tolkien books, so I'm pretty up to speed on this stuff. I take your point on Númenor, and I must say that more than just a petty few Rangers were raised in Imladris 'for charity's sake' and for schooling and the likes— unfortunatly, I cannot for the life of me find where that is in the books!

Thanks,
Elemmire
