Mirach05/21/09 12:24 pm14: Chapter 13 - RepercussionsSigned

I apologize for dissappearing for so long, I was busy with exams, and when I looked at the next chapters quickly, I realized that if I won't stop now, I may not be able to... Ah well, I'll have to learn the names again :)

I like this chapter, and the episode with the  chains  That must be a horrible nightmare about the best friend, maybe the wost that the Nazgul could create,

Author's Response:

No need to apologize, Mirach!  Real life takes precedences over fanfic, most certainly.  I hpe you survived your exams!

I'm glad you liked this chapter... I agree in that the Halbarad nightmare has to be, to Aragorn, possibly the worst part of this ordeal, because it would surely force himself to worry that he has some deeply hidden distrust of the man who truly is his confidant and best friend and one to whom Aragorn trusts his life nearly every day.

Thank you for the review, and hope you don't have too hard a time with the names! :)

Mhm, wasn't Aragorn complaining not too long ago about always making the wrong decisions lately? I hope he remembers that before acts out of false bravery here *shakes ranger*.

Author's Response: LOL... yes, Aragorn really is behaving in a way that makes you want to shake him, isn't he?  Definitely not over the Black Breath and not thinking as clearly as he ought.  And his sense of responsibility, which is usually a strength, seems to be tripping him up now.  Not in a good place, mentally, our Ranger, is he?  Thanks for the review!

I wish I could give Aragorn a big hug right about now. It would seem that the nazgul has worked a great deal of evil. I like everything you did with the chains, the nightmare, Aragorn's worries about Elrond not welcoming him home. I'm really wondering what is going to happen.

I also liked your descriptions of the tension in the room, as well as the snow storm. I really really like your Halbarad.

Will we get to see the twins anytime soon, Elladan and Elrohir?

So very excited to read more son!

Author's Response:

Thank you, Roisin!  Yes, events have done a number on Aragorn.  I'm sure he would like a hug, although as prickly as he is at the moment, he might just shake you off and tell you "I'M FINE!!!"  LOL   Glad you're enjoying all the character interactions.  And yes, where are those pesky twins when you need them???

Thanks again for the review!
