Oh wow, the hair-prompt caused *THAT* bunny? I like the way your mind works:) Actually I find a burning wood rather frightening and disturbing and having Legolas as a woodelf in the middle of it only heightened that feeling, because he could feel the trees fear and pain. Of course I'm glad you managed to squeeze some Aragorn ouchie in there, too. And I would like to see a manip with short-haired Legolas. Leggy the ranger... Loved the story!
Author's Response: I really like that "View unanswered reviews"-feature! *g* Isn't it strange what kind of dangerous bunnies are sometimes triggered by nice, harmless prompts? ;-) At least you got a tiny little bit of "filthy ranger, prissy elf", lol. I burning wood *is* frightening - actually I was thinking about the rain forest. Yes, Legolas' being a wood-elf made the situation truly terrible because it makes one feel with the forest. That was a really sad thing to write. Hehe, yes I couldn't resist hurting the ranger a bit. ;-) Oh yes, that manip would be really interesting! I want to see it, too! Now we just have to find someone who makes it... Poor elf - if someone ever makes that manip with *that* text under it he will probably go into hiding. *eg* I'm glad you loved it!
