Very interesting story, the roses were an interesting touch. Very Other Wordly! I do have a complaint though, you dont cauterize open wounds. That would damage the tissues and stop it from healing properly. Cauterising is inly used to burn away dead and diseased tissues, and to close wolds when you cant do stiches it (like in Hidalgo). To cleanse a wound, water or an unfermented alchhol would be better, like vodka. Not that the Elves would have vodka, but rubbing alchohal would do just as walll, and it stings less. Trust me, my dad's a Doctor and my mom's a nurse. I guess it runs in the family. Other than that, great story! I enjoyed it very much! |
