I loved this story and particularly your handling of the thoughts of the children.

I also liked your resolution with Thranduil taking Estel with him back to Mirkwood, as I had begun to wonder of late what Estel would have been like had he grown up in Mirkwood and not Rivendell.

I do hope you do a sequel, I am sure I have read your stories at fanfiction.net.
