A beautiful story. I also grew up with a very small family (both of my grandfathers were dead by the time I was born), so I could relate to Eldarion's feelings here. It's something you never grow out of, you'll always be curious about those family members you've never met. But it cannot be changed - and Aragorn's gentle way of imparting that on Eldarion was really endearing.
