Thank you! The talk with Gandalf was fun to write. It made sense to me that one can only be considered good when he has been tempted by evil and resisted, rather than if his values have never been put to a test. And I like using canon quotes whenever I write gapfillers; it creates the feeling that the story really happened (or at least I hope so). Unfortunately, I am never sure if I used the right amount, or if they are too many, so I'm very glad you liked the way I handled them here. Thanks again!

Thank you so much! I'm glad you enjoyed it. I tried to make Aragorn's struggles realistic; it seemed logical to me that he would be tempted by the Ring, and would doubt himself as a result, even if the fact that he was tempted and resisted actually proves his value (or so says Gandalf!)
