A wonderful adventure story! There was fun to be had all around - maybe not so much by Aragorn. But he got a beautiful horse out of it, so he has no right to complain:) Though, I agree with Arwen. He should really know better that to kidnap his own son for a little foray into the wilds!
Author's Response: That's true, but Aragorn would have gotten the beautiful horse anyway, whether he chose to stay at home and be a good king, or to go into the wilds and play the ranger, so he does have some right to complain that I made him choose the latter and get himself nicely beaten up. But readers' fun comes before Aragorn's fun, and he must be used to this by now. Thanks a lot for reviewing! |
