Poor, poor thief! I don't think he'll be trying to steal horses again in a hurry! *snicker* I almost felt sorry for him.

I love the atmosphere of general peace in this story - the Elf-and-Ranger need some time away from Orcs and spiders and battles, after all.

Author's Response:

Hi Sapphire! *waves*

Hehe, I almost felt sorry for the thief, too. ;-) I hope he learned something from that experience.

I really enjoyed giving Aragorn and Legolas a break in this story. You're so right, they really need that from time to time (especially considering what the two of us are usually putting them through). *g*

Thank you so much for reviewing this story again, mellon-nin! *huggles*

*snickers* I almost feel sorry for that horse thief. But of course, that's a risky profession. You can never know whether you'll be able to charm a horse with a bit of sugar or whether it will bite your hand off. Or step on your toes. Or something. And sneaking up on someone's horse while that someone is lying but a few feet away is *really* not very tasteful. I hope he learned his lesson!

Author's Response: I have to admit I almost felt sorry for the thief, too. That poor guy had no idea what he was in for. I think he was actually rather inexperienced. It's definitely a risky profession (and one I really wouldn't want to try). I hope he's learned his lesson, too! I guess Tuilinn did his best to teach him the errors of his ways, lol. Thank you so much for your review! :)
