Authors can respond to reviews on the site, meaning their response will be placed right under the original review, visible for everyone. There is no in-built feature that allows a private response via email. As a workaround, authors can use the contact feature to get a hold of a reviewer.
You have two different options if you want to respond to reviews.
1. From the Review Log in and go to the story in question. Click on the reviews. If you have unanswered reviews, you will see a Respond link between the review in question. Simply click it to type in your response.
2. From Account Info Go to your account and choose Reviews Received. You will get a list with all your stories, reviews you received and reviews that are still unresponded. Click on the numbers to either view reviews or respond to them.
